This Refund Policy highlights the rules and regulations related to the cancellation of the services by the users (“User”). This Refund Policy can be updated, at any time, as per the convenience of UtilityX and UtilityX has no obligation to inform the Users, before making such changes to the Refund Policy. Continued usage of the website will lead to automatic acceptance of this Refund Policy by the Users. This Refund Policy is an extension of the Terms and Conditions Agreement, and the User must refer to the Terms and Conditions Agreement to understand the full scope of the product and services offered by UtilityX.

The Users are hereby advised to refer to this Refund Policy for the products or services offered by UtilityX. This Refund Policy is final and binding on Users and no exceptions will be made for any individual Users.

1. REFUNDS
   1. No refunds shall be issued for the one-time setup cost, add-on charges, or monthly and yearly maintenance charges for the UtilityX services. Moreover, upon termination of the service, no refunds shall be issued for the one-time setup charges, add-on charges, or any monthly and yearly maintenance charges paid. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payments or require further assistance, please contact us via email at support@utilityx.in with your order details and reason for the inquiry, and we shall get back to you within a period of up to ten (10) business days.
   2. Refunds, if granted under exceptional circumstances, shall be processed within seven to ten (7-10) business days and shall be initiated to the original payment method used by the User.
2. FAILED PAYMENTS
   1. In case UtilityX fails to receive the payment for the one-time setup cost, add-on charges, or monthly and yearly maintenance charges, due to technical issues related to the User's payment method or payment processing servers, the amount paid by the User shall be refunded by the payment processor and shall not be received by UtilityX. This applies only if the payment is not received by UtilityX and is stuck in the processing stage or returned to the User's payment method. If UtilityX successfully receives the payment, the provisions mentioned in clause 1 of this Refund Policy shall apply.
3. DISPUTES WITH COMPANY
   1. In the event of a dispute between you and UtilityX, our objective is to promptly address your concerns and, if we are unable to do so satisfactorily, to offer you a means of expeditiously resolving the matter. By visiting our customer care website or sending us an email at support@utilityx.in, we firmly advise you to get in touch with us first, before trying to find a solution.
   2. It is hereby declared that no requests by Users for refund of the one-time setup cost, add-on charges, or monthly and yearly maintenance charges shall be entertained by UtilityX after the successful payment of the service fees, when such request of the User doesn’t adhere to clause 1 of this Refund Policy.
   3. The Company shall be entitled to collect all reasonable costs or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, incurred in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement, if any legal case, by or against UtilityX is launched under any section(s) or statutes of any criminal or civil statutes of India.
   4. We constantly monitor the User’s account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or availing referral vouchers fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under law or statute in India and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyer fees from persons using the Platforms fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Platforms and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, we reserve the right to immediately delete or terminate such an account, with or without warning and dishonor all past and pending agreements and obligations without any liability. For the purpose of this clause, we shall owe no liability for any refunds.
